Hey guy’s. Can you feel it?
Spring is in the air, I am just praying that we will not have another cold snap and all the new growth that is appearing in my yard will survive this early touch of warm weather.
Sunday, February 20
I took a Sabbath rest as well as not taking any pictures.

With all the snow several weeks ago the normal holiday of president Day was also a snow make up day so the girl child had to go to school. The hubs on the other hand had the morning off. Regretfully he also had a mid morning flight scheduled so to celebrate having a morning of just husband wife time I wiped us up a proper breakfast.
This is what I like to call Eggs Benedict Sothern style.
No pictures on Tuesday, February 22…bummer

Muffinhead and family came to dinner at church. I got to sit with my man-child, his significant other and granddaughter and enjoy Ham and Mac and Cheese.
After dinner Muffinhead went to visit skoots1mom at our prayer shawl meeting room.
She had a high ol’ time rearranging all the folding chairs to her liking.
Thursday, February 24
I went outside to take the recycling to the curb and had to go back in and grab the camera. The sky was full of movement and color as the sun went down on Thursday evening.

Y’all I can’t tell ya how wonderful it is to see all the tiny little green shoots poking their heads out of the ground. The lilies are coming up and the purple crocus are blooming, I had forgotten that I had even planted them last year.
The cherry tree is beginning to bud out!
The amazing thing about this parsley is that it has survived the winter. It has been covered under inches of snow twice, endured a winters frost and now it is still nice and green. I keep snipping off of it and it just kept on growing….God is so cool how He orchestrates stuff!
Saturday, February 26
We got another visit from Muffinhead. My son needed a bit of car maintenance advice from dear old dad so they spent a few minutes in the driveway fixing whatever it was that was broken and I got to play with my sweetie. After grandpa got washed up he had some time with her as well!
Y’all I have to admit, my favorite piece of chicken to eat…it’s the wing. A couple of weeks ago I was the the grocery story and saw my four favorite words “Reduced for Quick Sale” stamped across the chicken wings and chicken drummies. I thawed out a tray of each and we had BBQ chicken for dinner on Saturday night. I put them on to marinate in some Jerk sauce and then gave them a good coating of BBQ sauce in the oven.
It was real good.
Well that’s it for me this week.

That's exactly how I eat my breakfast when I go to a buffet - except instead of bacon I always put a slice of sausage on each biscuit, followed by eggs, & then the sausage gravy - yum!
Muffin head's little pig tails are SO CUTE!
Crocuses! Parsley!
Muffinhead is the cutest :)
You know, you take BEAUTIFUL pictures!! Have you ever heard of a website called "Creationswap?" It's a website specifically for churches/Christians. And there's a way that photographers can put their pictures on there, I think. I mostly just go to GET the images, I don't post any. I'm not a good photographer. But you are!
