Project 365 ~ Week 18
Well the last few days have been a bit of a blur! The fact that it is nearly 9:00 PM and I am just now able to sit down to even check my emails and put together my 365 post…kinda give you a clue to the busy day i have had, busy week in fact! A Sweet Sixteen Sleepover on Friday & Lunch for my MIL on Saturday, Back to back Disciple lessons, Week 33 on Saturday afternoon and then Week 34 today followed up by our Closing Fellowship Dinner and Commissioning Service after that. All the while I was packing and getting ready for vacation.
Did I mention that we are going on vacation…..
Well all the colliding calendar things have about worn me slap out.
Well let’s get right to it for this week!

I know I have mentioned before that I am a list maker. In fact as I was going around the house the other day I managed to round up all the various lists that have accumulated over the last few weeks. I was digging them out of my purse and finding them under piles of junk mail. They were pages and pages deep…
I did manage to consolidate the most pressing matters on to one master list!

At the beginning of this bible study there is always a moment when you get a bit overwhelmed at the concept of participating in a study that last for 34 weeks. As I was putting the last few hours in on Week 33 I had to stop and take a picture. As in most things it seem like it flew by! The sisters I have made through this study are amazing and I know that friendships have been formed that will last for many years to come. Not to mention how God’s word has worked in my life and the lives of the women who walked along with me over this 34 weeks.
God is good!

I kept it simple for supper tonight, pan seared pork medallions seasoned with just some salt and pepper (love my cast iron skillet for this!!!) and steamed asparagus!
Thursday, April 28
I guess you would call this being a bit obsessive but it just helps me to corral all my packing to one area and as I think of something then I can go in and place it by the suitcase thus insuring that hopefully nothing will get forgotten.
I got home form my girls group and found this wonderful note taped to the television….
It was a mini heath bar blizzard, it was just what I needed to soften the blow of an extremely busy day!
Friday, April 29
It was a milestone….Sweet Sixteen. These sweet girls gathered to celebrate friendship with silliness, giggling & scavenger hunts….
The homemade facial were a huge hit!
and of course manicures were in order after the facials
Saturday, April 30
I snuck a little snapshot of the sleeping beauties before they graced us with there presence!
Well that’s it for me this week.

My blogging will be practically non existent over the next few days. Rest assured I will be with you in spirit but I will be making the last preparations for our vacation…did I mention we are going on vacation??????
The last time I told y’all where I was going in advance of our trip we experienced the worst blizzard on record and our flight was canceled and we had to cancel all our reservations so…mum's word for where we are headed…that is until I get back and you get to see all my pictures that is……
