Gorgeous lilies!! I have some in my yard, but they are not bloomin yet. I live in Manitoba, Canada and everything is a month behind in the gardens here. Frustrating for gardeners. We just moved here and the neighbors told us we had orange day lilies in our yard. I can't wait! Hugs, ~cindy s~
BEAUTIFUL! Are those in your yard? I love flowers and have a hard time getting enough of them. I'd love to have something blooming year round! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Yes, being Grandmama is wonderful! Our 4 children all decided to have them all at once! I will actually have 7 that are 3 and under! They keep me very busy and happy! I keep 4 of them daily and will probably have the other 2 after they are born. I love it... it sure keeps me young and yes, there is more than enough love and pleasure to go around!
I didn't know that hummingbirds like the canna lilies. I'll have to put some in. My MIL next door has a hummingbird that comes to her feeder. We could make it even happier. Thanks for the tip.
Merry Christmas Here is my contribution to this years "I see what you're saying - Christmas Edition" It is breif (3:25 minute video) of the Holidays at my house. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Blessings Robin
I am trying to come up with a basic set of question to facilitate a daily post. So maybe the first question should be: 1. What was/is the highlight of your day or week? This week I went to a funeral of one of the saints of our church. A sweet, sweet woman who was dearly love by so many. As I sat and listened to the testimony of the woman's life I felt truly blessed that I had the privilege of knowing her. It was a blessing to know that she is no longer suffering. The next question should be; 2. What should I or could I have done differently today or this week? This falls under the category of a good thing and bad ting. The new season of Lost in Space comes out this week. I LOVED that show when I was growing up!!! Sadly, I have totally forgot what happen last season so am having to rewatch several of the previous episodes so I can catch up. This happens quite frequently. Also, Diana Gabaldon has just published the next instalment to her Outlander series. I have to (again) re-
Sunday, March 13 Monday, March 14 This is coming up in the herb garden. My sweet furry family member decided it was his greatest joy to pull almost all my plant labels out of the ground and use them for chew toys. I think this is marjoram but I am not sure. Tuesday, March 15 Click on the link Southern Eggs En Cocotte for the recipe. It was real good y’all! No pictures on Wednesday, March 16 Thursday, March 17 Can you tell who was at my house all day? I guess she figured since her toys were scattered all over the floor that she would join them. She laid down sprawl-eagle and did the back stroke for several minutes then switched to rolling from tummy to back all the way into the living room! Friday, March 18 Today was cake decorating day. Click here to see the start to finish. Saturday, March 19 Today was Muffinhead’s birthday party at a local park! The sun was shinning and the weather was beautiful and a good time was had by all! Later that e

Happy Outdoor Wednesday and may the Lord bless you...
XO,
Sheila :-)
Canna's actually do very well here in the heat of West Phoenix. They're among my favorites.
Isn't it wonderful that a mere picture of nature's beauty is so captivating?

Kathleen
