Paid from personal funds. It is amazing what you can find on the Internet, who knew that "Out of Pocket" has such a wide variety of meanings. Sadly there are time when I am out of control and in need of a good hard slap or possibly a butt-kicking ( I will say that I took some editorial liberties and chose a different albeit not as colorful substitution in definition 1.) Also there are many more time when I find myself paying (and paying and paying) for many things out of my own pocket as well. But the correct answer is #2. I will be out of pocket for the next few days. I hope to be able to check in periodically, however as John Lennon once wrote: English singer & songwriter (1940 - 1980) |
