Project 365 – Week 5

Joining Sara for this weeks addition of Project 365, y’all go over and check out all the other folks who are joining in this week.

I’m a bit late to the party today. The much needed upgrade to the o’l laptop has been completed and I am almost done reloading software. But I have gotten most of the necessary things reloaded.

So on with 365!!!!

Sunday, January 24

Sunday morning was the annual Youth Pancake Breakfast. They are always a bit on the cold side, but then it’s really hard to do pancakes for a large crowd and keep them piping hot of the griddle. They were tasty and the money goes to support the youth activities.

Just a little glimpse into my glassware. It is amazing how sometimes the simplest thing can catch your eye.

And she got a bit confused…why would I want the pink teething ring when I can have the dog bone instead???

A trip to the H Mart, the local Korean market.

Y’all want some octopus???

Thursday, January 28

By Thursday evening there was a serious hormonal situation going on which required the administration of not only a 20 ounce Mighty Mocha Cappuccino from Quick Trip but several additional doses of dark chocolate and a few extra cc’s of milk chocolate as well.

Pancakes look delicious!
That is one nice looking Goodwill building.
Did you actually buy the octopus? And if so, what did you do with it?

LOL at the hormonal situation - mine was resolved with some cookie dough. Sigh.

Your kale dish sounds wonderful!

I have hormonal days like that. Just about every day :-)

Such a cutie! A dog chew toy is about par for the course; mine used to like chewing on dirty tennis shoes. Ewwww! lol

That kale looks so yummy!

Great photos this week!

Ooooh!! Another kale recipe!! :)
You did very well at Goodwill! We have that Leapfrog toy, and though it's a noise-maker, I don't find it one bit obnoxious.
Octopus. Blach!!

I'll take the kale, buy you can keep the octopus. I'll take the grandbaby, but you probably won't let me. :) Darling.
